No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer purchased the wrong product
  • The customer changed their mind
  • The customer misunderstood the product
  • The customer’s device/system does not meet requirements
  • Product was successfully delivered/activated
  • The customer failed to follow the installation/activation instructions
  • If the customer provides an incorrect UID / User ID / Account ID / Player ID during purchase, and the digital product is delivered to that ID or Account, it is considered a successful delivery and is not eligible for refund, replacement, or change. Customers are fully responsible for entering their correct in-game details before placing an order.

Once a digital item is delivered, the order becomes non-refundable and irreversible.

3. Refunds Allowed Only if Delivery Fails

A refund may be issued ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The digital product/key/code was not delivered
  • Delivery failed from our system or the API/supplier’s side
  • The customer did not receive the product in any form
  • The product is not activated / not usable, and we confirm that the issue is from our side
  • Our support team is unable to resolve a genuine delivery issue within 24–48 hours

4. Proof of Successful Delivery

A digital product is considered successfully delivered if:

  • The delivery email/message is sent to the customer
  • The Order status is marked as Completed
  • Supplier/API shows “Delivered / Fulfilled / Successful”
  • The activation code, link, or key is received/reviewed by the customer
  • The product is accessed, opened, redeemed, or used by the customer

These serve as official proof of delivery.
